To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer answered the Council's questions related to claims. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Stigney. To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />11. REPORTS <br /> Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller stated on Wednesday, April 11th at 7:30 a.m. at the Community Center the Mounds View Business Counsel would be meeting. The speaker would be Kent Barnard from <br /> MnDOT and he would be discussing the County Highway 10 bridge replacement. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br /> Reminder: Town Hall Meeting – Monday, April 16, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson reminded the Council and residents the Town Hall Meeting would be held on Monday, April 16th at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Administration Report <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson indicated a YMCA Advisory Committee meeting was held on April 2nd and great feedback was received from the staff regarding rentals and programs. Revenues <br /> were doing well and staff was pleased with the direction the YMCA was headed. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson stated the City took possession of a portable dance floor. This amenity would allow for additional activities to be held in the Former Chamber space. He <br /> stated the audio system in the Event Center may be upgraded. Staff was looking into options while also replacing the speakers. He stated Bethlehem Baptist funds were available for <br /> these upgrades.
