<br /> Reports of Mayor and Council. <br /> <br />Council Member Gunn indicated she made it to Duluth for the League of Minnesota Cities Conference last Wednesday. She was pleased with the information presented. She requested a report <br /> be presented at the next work session meeting. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller stated she was in Duluth on Tuesday, during the flooding, for the League of Minnesota Cities Conference as well. She participated in interviews for Board positions. <br /> She then discussed several comments from the City of Duluth Mayor Don Ness. She reiterated that Duluth was open for business. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller commented the City of Duluth was in need, but Floodwood and Moose Lake were also communities in need at this time, due to flooding issues <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty thanked the Mermaid for hosting the Back to the 50’s event. He stated the traffic flow to and from the event went well. He thanked all those involved in planning and <br /> participating in this event. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty provided comment on the recent YMCA Advisory committee meeting. He was pleased that all of the numbers were up, that the site was being rented and classes were being <br /> attended. <br /> <br /> B. Reports of Staff. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ericson had nothing to report. <br /> <br />C. Reports of City Attorney. <br /> <br />City Attorney Riggs had nothing additional to report. <br /> <br />12.
