APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, July 23, 2012, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the Monday, July 23, 2012, agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br /> <br />Jeff Moritko, Moe’s Restaurant, indicated Moe’s has had a large police presence recently, which was beginning to affect his patrons. He requested the department keep in the spirit of <br /> the law, patrol the entire City, and not park on his private property. He encouraged the department to patrol each liquor establishment equally for saturation events. He explained <br /> that the extra presence was keeping patrons from returning to his establishment. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty indicated he would speak with the Police Chief regarding this matter and bring Mr. Moritko’s concerns to the police department’s attention. He understood the concerns <br /> the extra police presence would have on Moe’s. <br /> <br />6. SPECIAL ORDER OF BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7.
