ORDINANCE NO. XXX <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE TITLE IX: GENERAL <br /> REGULATIONS, CHAPTER 91: HEALTH AND SANITATION; NUISANCES, <br /> SECTION 91.001 RULES AND DEFINITIONS; 91.006 OUTSIDE PARKING <br /> AND STORAGE AND SECTION 91.020 PERMITTING EXCESSIVE <br /> GROWTH OF GRASS AND WEEDS UNLAWFUL <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title IX, <br /> Chapter 91, Section 91.001 Rules and Definitions, of the Mounds View City Code by <br /> adding the underlined material as follows: <br /> COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. Any vehicle with a gross weight classification of E (6,001 to <br /> 10,000 pounds) or higher, as identified on the license plate and specified in state <br /> statutes. Ordinary pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (RVs) and passenger vans <br /> customary in residential districts with such a weight classification shall not be <br /> considered COMMERCIAL VEHICLES for purposes of this subchapter. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title IX, Chapter <br /> 91, Section 91.006 (13)(4) of the Mounds View City Code by adding the underlined <br /> material as follows: <br /> § 91.006 OUTSIDE PARKING AND STORAGE. <br /> (B) Unlawful parking and storage <br /> (4) No person owning, driving or in charge of any commercial vehicle with a gross <br /> weight classification higher than G (12,001 to 15,000 pounds) as identified on the license <br /> plate and specified in state statutes, may cause or permit that vehicle to be parked outside <br /> or stand continuously for more than two hours on residential property or public street <br /> within a residential zone in the city. <br /> SECTION 3.
