The job description has been revised, the additions to the position do not <br /> change the grade set during the 2024 compensation study. The current Labor Agreement <br /> between the City of Mounds View and the Public Works Collective Bargaining Unit requires job <br /> vacancies be posted internally for five (5) working days so that interested employees are <br /> considered for such vacancies before the position is advertised to the public. Only after the <br /> vacancy has been posted for five (5) working days with no response received from an employee <br /> will the City proceed to posting the vacancy externally.
