ORDINANCE NO. 1024 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE, TITLE III: <br /> ADMINISTRATION, CHAPTER 33, DELETING SECTIONS 33.080 THROUGH 33.088 <br /> AS TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title III: <br /> Administration, Chapter 33, by deleting Sections 33.080 through 33.088 in their entirety <br /> from the Mounds View City Code as to the Economic Development Commission. <br /> SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br /> following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br /> On February 10, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1024 by amending <br /> the Mounds View City Code, Title III: Administration, Chapter 33, deleting Sections <br /> 33.080 through 33.088 from the Mounds View City Code as to the Economic <br /> Development Commission. <br /> A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business <br /> hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's web site <br /> located at www.moundsviewmn.org. <br /> SECTION 3.
