In accordance with Section 3.07 of the City Charter, City staff shall have the <br /> following summary printed in the official City newspaper in lieu of the complete ordinance: <br /> On March 10, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1030 amending the <br /> Mounds View City Code, Section 91.006 (13)(4) Outside Parking and Storage (by <br /> adding recreational vehicles) and Section 91.020 Permitting Excessive Growth of <br /> Grass and Weeds Unlawful by revising the definition of "noxious weeds". <br /> A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection during regular business <br /> hours at Mounds View City Hall and is available on line at the City's web site located <br /> at www.moundsviewmn.org. <br /> SECTION 5.
