ORDINANCE NO. 1032 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XI BUSINESS REGULATIONS, <br /> CHAPTER 120 MOBILE FOOD VEHICLES AND VENDORS <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XI <br /> Business Regulations, Chapter 120 Mobile Food Vehicles and Vendors, Section 120.001 <br /> Definitions, of the Mounds View City Code by removing the stricken material as follows: <br /> § 120.001 DEFINITIONS. <br /> For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context <br /> clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. <br /> ISSUING AUTHORITY-.
