2024 Review Investigator Erickson <br /> INVESTIGATIVE SUMMARY <br /> In 2024, 97 cases were investigated by Investigator Erickson. Of those cases, 62 <br /> cases were charged out by arrest. 13 cases are still under investigation. Among the <br /> cases: <br /> 4 Protection Order Violations <br /> • 11 Traffic Related Arrests <br /> • 22 DWI Related Arrests <br /> a 5 Thefts <br /> a 2 Motor Vehicle Thefts <br /> a 4 Possession of Stolen Property <br /> a 2 Robberies <br /> a 2 Missing People Investigations <br /> a 9 Domestic Assault Investigations <br /> a 2 Child Abuse Investigations <br /> 3 Assault Investigation <br /> ■ 9 Fraud/Forgery Investigation <br /> ■ 2 Weapons related Investigations <br /> a 3 Burglaries <br /> • 6 Criminal Sexual Conduct Investigations <br /> • 1 Narcotic related Investigation <br /> a 4 Criminal Damage to Property Investigations <br /> 1 Arson Investigation <br /> Criminal Sexual Conduct <br /> On September 2, 2020, Mounds View Police received a report of criminal sexual <br /> conduct. The victim reported that her former foster father sexually assaulted her on <br /> multiple occasions from the ages of 13 through 23. The sexual assaults were reported <br /> to have occurred in numerous locations, including the cities of St. Anthony, New <br /> Brighton, and Mounds View, all within Ramsey County. <br /> The victim reported to police that in 2009, when she was 13 years old, her mother got <br /> sick so she was sent to live with extended family, the suspect and his wife, on an <br /> informal arrangement. In August 2009, the suspect's wife was out of town for a week. <br />
