To Waive the Reading, Approve the Second Reading <br />and Adopt Ordinance 689, Revising Chapter 512 of the Tobacco Ordinance. <br />Council Member Marty suggested a friendly amendment under suspension and revocation to <br />change the Ordinance back to the previous violations. <br />Council Member Thomas indicated she was not interested in reverting to the original language. <br />Mayor Sonterre indicated that Council had gone backwards from where it started and he does not <br />want to change the existing language. <br />Council Member Marty thanked those that attended the work session to discuss this matter. <br />Roll Call; Stigney, Thomas, Quick (not present), Marty, Sonterre. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />C. Consideration of Resolution 5650, a Resolution Approving a Final Plat for <br />Gustafson's Fifth Addition Major Subdivision. Planning Case No. MA01- <br />003. <br />• Planner Atkinson indicated that Mr. Zinser, representing Ernie Gustafson, is seeking approval of <br />the final plat for Gustafson's Fifth Addition. He then noted the park dedication fees are to be <br />paid prior to recording with Ramsey County. <br />Mr. Lee indicated he has some concerns in regards to the utilities and noted he would discuss <br />those with the developer. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 5650, a <br />Resolution Approving a Final Plat for Gustafson's Fifth Addition Major Subdivision. <br />Mr. Jahnke apologized for his remark about the YMCA and said he had wrong information when <br />he made it. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />E. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 683, an Ordinance Rezoning <br />Certain Property Located at 2525 County Road I from R-1, Single Family <br />Residential to R-2, Single and Two Family Residential; Planning Case No. <br />ZCO1-001. <br />Planner Atkinson indicated that this Ordinance would rezone the property to allow for the major <br />subdivision. <br />
