MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL: Mayor Sonterre, Quick, Marty, Stigney, and Thomas. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, February 25, 2002 City Council Agenda. <br />City Administrator Miller requested Item 6D be removed from the agenda to be discussed at a <br />future time. <br />Mayor Sonterre asked when the item would be back on the agenda. <br />City Administrator Miller indicated she did not know the exact date that the item would be back <br />on the agenda but said she would place it on the agenda as soon as possible. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the February 25, 2002, City Council Agenda <br />as amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Jerry Serfling, Assistant Director of AFCSME 14, representing City Hall and Golf Course <br />Employees addressed Council and thanked Members for removing Item 6D from the agenda. He <br />then indicated that he and Ms. Norquist are concerned about wages and collective bargaining and <br />then asked permission to speak on Ms. Norquist's behalf when the item is heard. <br />Mayor Sonterre indicated Mr. Serfling would be permitted to speak to the matter at that point in <br />the agenda. <br />Mari Scotch of 7806 Gloria Circle indicated she has been working for two years on issues <br />concerning the water level in Spring Lake as well as increased aquatic plants and winter fish kill. <br />
