Mounds View City Council March 11, 2002 <br />Regular Meeting Page 26 <br />Mayor Sonterre indicated he wanted to give thanks to MaryAnn Hecht the aid who does a <br />fantastic job. <br />Council Member Quick thanked City Administrator Miller and Assistant City Administrator <br />Reed for work well done. <br />11. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. February 25, 2002 City Council Minutes. <br />• <br />Council Member Marty requested the following changes: On Page 2, third paragraph indicate <br />that Ms. Scotch also said that Mississippi water has been used in the past. On Page 7, fourth <br />paragraph change Mr. Harstad to Mr. Zwirn, fifth paragraph indicate he feels it is a waste of <br />Planning Commission, City Council and Staff time. On Page 9 last paragraph add of two police <br />vehicles instead of three with a third to be budgeted for 2003. On Page 13, third paragraph from <br />bottom add a sentence between the second and third: Council Member Marty stated that the <br />paragraph was addressing supplemental life insurance. On Page 17, second paragraph, second <br />line add "and it was determined that someone had accessed his computer as well as another <br />Council Member's computer. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the Minutes of the City Council for February <br />25, 2002 as Amended. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />12. CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING/THREATENED LITIGATION <br />A. To Discuss Threatened/Potential Litigation <br />This item was heard earlier in the meeting. <br />13.
