Mounds View City Council April 22, 2002 <br />Regular Meeting Page 10 <br />Council Member Marty said he was glad to have Barb back on the Airport Advisory Board <br />because she has put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the airport issue for the City. He then <br />asked Staff to look into whether there is another resident opening on the board. <br />Assistant City Administrator Reed indicated she had found out that there is another opening on <br />the board. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Quick. To Approve Consent Agenda Items B, F, and H as <br />Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />8. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing to Consider a Liquor License Transfer for Robert's. <br />• <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Marty. To Table Item A, a Public Hearing to Consider a Liquor <br />License Transfer for Robert's. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 696 Revising Chapter 701 <br />Related to Animals. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Waive the Reading, Approve the Second Reading and <br />Adopt Ordinance 696, an Ordinance Revising Chapter 701 Related to Animals. <br />ROLL CALL: Marty/Quick/Stigney/Thomas/Sonterre. <br />Aye - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />C. Finance Department Quarterly Report <br />Finance Director Hansen reviewed his quarterly report with Council. <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated the Community Center Fund and the TIF funds are in the new <br />budget format. <br />Finance Director Hansen explained that due to staff turnover grants were not applied for to the <br />County or State in 2001 and are currently being applied for possible revenue in 2002. <br />• Mayor Sonterre commented that the net operating loss of $128,513 for the YMCA seemed high. <br />
