Finance Department Quarterly Report <br />Finance Director Hansen reviewed his quarterly report with Council. <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated the Community Center Fund and the TIF funds are in the new <br />budget format. <br />Finance Director Hansen explained that due to staff turnover grants were not applied for to the <br />County or State in 2001 and are currently being applied for possible revenue in 2002. <br />• Mayor Sonterre commented that the net operating loss of $128,513 for the YMCA seemed high. <br />
