To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 5769, a <br />Resolution Approving the Agreement for Festival in the Park as amended. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />Mayor Sonterre indicated that Item 6I, Resolution 5770, a Resolution Proclaiming May 14, 2002 <br />as Arbor Day should have been added to the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Marty. To Approve Resolution 5770, a Resolution Proclaiming <br />May 14, 2002 as Arbor Day. <br />• Council Member Stigney requested that the Resolution be read. <br />Mayor Sonterre read Resolution 5770. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />7. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing to Consider a Liquor License Transfer for Robert's. <br />This item will be heard at the May 28, 2002 meeting. <br />B. Public Hearing to Consider Resolution 5760 Certifying Special Assessment of <br />the Service Availability Charge to Gas `N Splash. <br />Mayor Sonterre opened the public hearing at 9:09 p.m. <br />Finance Director Hansen explained the issue surrounding the Service Availability Charge and <br />noted that Staff is recommending a five year payment arrangement with a 7% interest rate with <br />the security of knowing the amount due is certified to the taxes and will ensure the City is paid. <br />David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road asked how soon the assessment could be certified to the <br />taxes because there is talk the station will be sold and he wants to make sure the City is paid. <br />
