On Page 17, top line insert a comma between small and people. On Page 23 he noted he had forgotten to get his corrections for May 20 to Staff and apologized. Council Member Thomas requested the following changes: On Page 15, second paragraph add "happening to current water levels." On Page 17 add "and rented by another." On Page 18 indicate that she was torn between options one and three and was very much against option four. She then indicated she would provide the language she wanted inserted. . MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Thomas. To Approve the Minutes of the City Council for July 8, 2002 as Amended. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. B. July 22, 2002 City Council Minutes Council Member Marty requested the following changes: On Page 13, change "to" to "do". On Page 33, fourth paragraph, last line change "it should be left the way it is" to "If it is not broke don't fix it." City Administrator Miller requested the following language be added on Page 3. City Administrator Miller indicated she wanted to remind Council that the decision by Judge Dixon was simply to award unemployment benefits and said nothing of the merits of the termination. Council Member Stigney requested the following changes: On Page 24 change SCH to SEH. On Page 28 insert "not" in the first sentence. On Page 35 two more occurrences of SCH to SEH. MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Stigney. To Approve the Minutes of the City Council Meeting for July 22, 2002 as Amended. • Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried.
