MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Marty. To Amend the Agenda to Include Item 7F, a Discussion of Taking Public Comment at the Work Session. Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. Jerry Linke of 2319 Knoll Drive indicated he was informed by someone who previously spoke that the television is now playing the last work session. Mr. Linke commented that he would hope that the comments concerning personal attacks would apply to when residents are speaking of former Council Members as well. 5. Mayor Sonterre noted the Finance Director was not at the meeting and the questions would be answered at a later time. Public Works Director Lee indicated it is a public works item and was a sewer televising camera previously approved by Council. Council Member Marty asked for clarification of Check Number108924 for Nextel Communications for $709.37. Council Member Marty asked for clarification on Check Number108960 to the Days Inn for $55.95. Acting Chief Brennan indicated there is an account funded by the Lions for use in domestic abuse situations to put someone up overnight. Council Member Marty pointed out the check for the Golf Channel for $413.00. Council Member Marty asked for clarification on the pencils for $189.00, correct claims for 108918 and 108924. Council Member Marty asked for clarification of Check Number 108985 to Kennedy & Graven for legal fees for the Charter Commission for $342.00. City Attorney Riggs said he did not have a bill but he assumes it deals with agenda Item 7a.
