MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL: Sonterre, Quick, Marty (absent), Stigney, and Thomas. <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, December 30, 2002 City Council Agenda. <br />• <br />City Administrator Miller indicated there would not be a need for the scheduled closed session. <br />She then requested that the resignation of David Longville from his part time position be added <br />under Council Business. <br />Mayor Sonterre asked whether there would be a recording secretary present at the meeting. <br />City Administrator Miller indicated the minutes of the meeting would be transcribed from <br />videotape. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Sonterre. To Approve the December 30, 2002, City Council <br />Agenda as presented. <br />Ayes - 4 <br />4. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Nays - 1(Stigney) Motion carried. <br />David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road thanked the outgoing Council and Staff members. He <br />then said he would especially like to thank the City Administrator as it has been a rough couple <br />of years and, even though he did not always agree with her, he is thankful she was able to rid the <br />City of the corruption. <br />Mr. Jahnke asked incoming Council Members to work to keep the corruption from happening <br />again. He then wished Ms. Miller best wishes and thanked her for her time and energy spent on <br />ridding the City of corruption. <br />• <br />
