Mounds View City Council Apri128, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 2 <br />• <br />Finance Director Hansen informed Council the outstanding MCI issues had been resolved and <br />then asked for approval to seek quotes for other long distance service as Staff feels that better <br />rates are available. <br />Council Member Quick asked what rate the City is paying. <br />Finance Director Hansen indicated the rate is approximately 14 cents per minute which is not <br />what it ends up to be after figuring in all the extra charges. <br />Council Member Marty indicated that he supports the recommendation to research better rates. <br />Council Member Stigney recommended researching rates on the Internet. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
