Public Hearing and Consideration of Resolution 6026 Regarding an Off Sale 15 Intoxicating Liquor License for Budget Liquor; 2577 County Highway 10 16 17 Mayor Linke opened the public hearing at 8:58 p.m. 18 19 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that all requirements have been met with the 20 exception of the fire inspection as there are a few items needing to be addressed. He then read ~1 the issues needing resolution. 2 23 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated the City Attorney had asked that language be added 24 that the approval is pending a .satisfactory fire inspection. 25 26 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:59 p.m. 27 28 MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Stigney.
