Mounds View City Council June 23, 2003 <br />Regular Meeting Page 13 <br />1 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that this change is in response to issues with regard <br />2 to multifamily properties and the fact that in certain areas no City review was required for the <br />3 expansion of those multiple dwelling facilities. He then indicated that this change would require <br />4 City review to determine whether the proposal would be detrimental to the surrounding area. <br />5 <br />6 Interim City Administration Ericson read the language requirement from the Ordinance as it was <br />7 changed and is slightly different from the language at the last meeting. <br />s <br />' 9 Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:43 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 6035, a <br />32 Resolution Regarding an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Network Liquors on Ten. <br />33 <br />34 MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney.
