APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. City Council Minutes June 16, 2003 (Special Meeting) <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Marty. To Approve the Special City Council Meeting Minutes of <br />June 16, 2003 as Presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />B. City Council Minutes June 23, 2003 <br />Council Member Marty requested the following changes: On Page 2, line 9, change currently is <br />to "was last". On Page 11, Line 3 clarify that he said he believed in nine years at that meeting <br />that the sidewalk would go in. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. To Approve the City Council Minutes of June 23, 2003, as <br />Amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />Council Member Gunn indicated she attended a picnic in honor of Ben Ingen welcoming him <br />home from Iraq. <br />Council Member Gunn indicated that she has been asked to bring up Highway 10 redevelopment <br />and the renaming of Highway 10 for discussion at an upcoming work session. <br />Council Member Many reminded residents that Festival in the Park is scheduled for August 16, <br />and 17, 2003 and invited residents to sign up for the golf tournament. <br />City Attorney Vose indicated that he provided to Council a letter with a recommendation and <br />report regarding the results of the Eller Media billboard and this matter will be discussed at <br />another meeting. <br />12.
