To Approve Consent Agenda Items A, B, C, D, G, H, I, J, <br />16 K, L, M, and P as Presented. <br />17 <br />18 Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />19 <br />20 Council Member Stigney indicated that he would like to have the City take extra steps other than <br />21 the required minimum notice to inform residents that the City is considering amending its <br />2 Ordinance to allow a 2:00 a.m. bar closing. <br />23 <br />44 residents. <br />• 45 <br />24 MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Gunn. To Direct Staff to Place Notice on the Water Bill and <br />25 Request Input From Residents on the 2:40 a.m. Closing. <br />26 <br />27 Council Member Marty asked when the next water bill would go out. He then said that there has <br />28 been notice on the City's website and the City has received some feedback on the issue. <br />29 <br />3o Council Member Quick asked if it has been on the sign. <br />31 <br />32 Interim City Administrator Ericson indicated that it has been scrolling on the cable channel, Staff <br />33 posted notice with the Bulletin, and it is on the website. He then said that Staff has gotten many <br />34 responses from an email that was sent out to those whose email address the City has. <br />35 <br />36 Council Member Stigney indicated he felt that the water bill would inform more residents. <br />37 <br />38 Council Member Quick indicated that approximately 45% of the City does not get a water bill <br />39 because they live in apartments or the manufactured home park. <br />40 <br />41 Council Member Stigney indicated that he would like to use the water bill to solicit input from <br />42 residents because it would notify at least half of the City. He also said he would like to have <br />3 Staff post notice at the apartment buildings and manufactured home parks to reach those <br />
