PUBLIC INPUT <br />2s <br />29 Judy Brailey Langner of 2337 Knoll Drive indicated that she has lived at that address for 50 years <br />30 and would like to add a wedge of property to her property title that is along the drainage ditch of <br />31 Greenfield park and it would be just enough for her driveway. <br />32 <br />33 Community Development Director Ericson indicated it would be preferable to have the City <br />34 execute a use deed rather than deeding the property to her. <br />35 <br />36 Mayor Linke directed Staff to have the use deed drawn up and bring it forward for approval. <br />37 <br />38 David Jahnke of 8428 Eastwood Road indicated that he was very disappointed that the last golf <br />39 quarterly report did not contain any financial information and suggested that the Mayor ask Staff <br />4o to make sure that financial information is included the next time. <br />41 <br />42 Mayor Linke indicated that the report was for the first quarter and not much was going on so <br />~3 there was not much to report on. <br />4 <br />
