To Waive the Reading, Approve the Reading and Adopt <br />Interim Ordinance 730, an Emergency Interim Ordinance Establishing a Moratorium on the <br />Siting, Location, and Operation of New Adult Use Businesses. <br />City Attorney Riggs indicated that this is an emergency ordinance and should be handled with a <br />roll call vote. <br />ROLL CALL: Linke, Marty, Stigney, Gunn. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />J. Set Date(s) for City Council Retreat. <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that March 2 and 3, 2004 would be the preferred dates. <br />Mayor Linke suggested it may not be necessary to have pizza. <br />Council Member Marty indicated he would need to check his schedule. <br />Consent to set March 2 and 3, 2004 as the tentative date for the City Council retreat from 5:00 <br />p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Community Center. <br /> <br />
