On Page 8, Line 38 add: new stoplights on Spring Lake Road, Rice Creek and <br />Mississippi. On Page 11, Line 15 change offers to "coffers." On Page 14, Line 5 add: as this <br />has been an issue at Council Meetings for some time now. On Line 29 the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Council Member Gunn requested the following change: On Page 10, Line 8 correct the spelling <br />of Krogh. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Stigney. Reports of Mayor and Council. <br />Mayor Linke congratulated Public Works Director Lee who was married on February 4, 2004. <br />D. Staff <br />(1) Presentation of Long Range Capital Needs for the Fire Department <br />Mr. Zikmund was not present at the meeting. <br />(2) City Council/Staff Retreat March 2 and 3, 2004 <br />Community Development Director Ericson handed out drawings of proposed billboards for the <br />golf course that put the City's name on the posts in different ways for Council consideration. <br />
