Mounds View City Council Apri112, 2004 <br />Regular Meeting Page 3 <br />• Council Member Marty asked whether the City would be reimbursed for expenses for the <br />Waldoch minor subdivision and Building N matters. <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that it has been past practice to seek <br />reimbursement when there are any expenses involved for the City. <br />Mayor Linke commented that the City had to pay $4,000 to the state for a community water <br />connection fee. He further commented that it is an unfunded mandate by the legislature that the <br />City has to pay for. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Gunn.
