CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Marty requested to pull Item D. <br />Council Member Stigney requested to pull Item F for information purposes. <br />A. Licenses for Approval <br />B. Set a Public Hearing for 7:05 PM, Monday October 11, 2004 to receive public input and pass <br />upon a Special Assessment Levy for Delinquent Public Utility Accounts. <br />• C. Set a Public Hearing for 7:10 PM, Monday October 11, 2004 to receive public input and pass <br />upon a Special Assessment Levy for Diseased Tree Removals. <br />D. Resolution 6345 Renewal of Sham-o-Jets Kennel License. <br />E. Resolution 6348 Authorization for the Police Department to Participate on the Ramsey <br />County Sheriff's Emergency Response Team. <br />F. Resolution 6353 Authorizing Severance Payment for Timothy Brennan <br />MOTION/SECOND. Marty/Stigney. Resolution 6345 Renewal of Sham-o-Jets Kennel License. <br />Council Member Marty asked if there would be a late charge for this. He also asked if they had <br />kenneled any animals from June 30~' to the present time, and, if so, whether they are in violation <br />of operating without a license or permit. <br />Director Ericson stated that there were no consequences or charges communicated to Sham-o- <br />Jets. <br />Council Member Marty asked whether there was any problem with it, and Director Ericson stated <br />• that he was fine with it. <br />
