MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Troup 367, Den 5, Scout Leader Joel Swanson. <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, and Flaherty <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, January 24, 2005 City Council Agenda. <br />• City Administrator Ulrich added Item 9N, Right of Entry Agreement to allow Medtronics to <br />perform an Environmental Study of the golf course properly. <br />Community Development Director Ericson stated that after presentation of the Finance <br />Department Quarterly Report, he would like to present some information that they had received <br />regarding property that is available. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, January 24, 2005 agenda as <br />amended. <br />Ayes -4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT: <br />Carol Mueller, 8343 Groveland Road, stated she is a candidate for the open Council seat in the <br />election scheduled for February 1St. She stated she had been speaking to many residents lately, <br />and she wanted to share a few items with the Council. She stated that many people would like to <br />see a large grocery store in Moundview Square. They would also like medical, dental, and eye <br />care facilities. <br />CL. R <br />Mayor Marty stated that they had been trying to attract medical facilities to the area for the new <br />• building on Long Lake Road, but the medical clinic that had been lined up didn't come through. <br />
