He stated that they had given $5,500 apiece for two food shelf Christmas and Thanksgiving programs. He stated that they gave $3,250 in 2003 to Spring Lake Park for their fire protection, and $2,150 in 2004. Council Member Flaherty asked for more specificity regarding the check to Fedor's. • Mr. Gammell stated that the check was for milk for a food shelf. Paul Fedor stated that they are providing nine cases of milk every Monday to the food shelf. 7. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS Council Member Flaherty asked on page 2, 115374, Minnesota DNR, if it was for a permit. Public Works Director Lee stated that it was an annual permit fee for the DNR to operate the wells, and it's based on the volume of water that is pumped. February 14, 2005 Page 5 MOTION/SECOND.
