Gunn/Thomas. To approve the February 28, 2005 City Council Minutes <br />as amended. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Council Member Stigney stated that he had filled in for the Mayor at the last legislative session, <br />• and there had been a discussion about MnDOT requesting money for land that was going to be <br />deeded back to the City, and that there are figures they are trying to work on, but no vote was <br />taken. He stated they will be talking more about it tomorrow. <br />B. Staff <br />1. Designate Council Representative to County Road 10 Corridor Design <br />Theme Subcommittee <br />Director Ericson stated a City Council member representative is needed to attend meetings for <br />the County Road 10 corridor improvement program, the first of which is March 14th at 6:00. <br />Council Member Thomas said she would check her calendar and let him know if she could <br />attend the meeting. <br />City Administrator Ulrich informed the Council that the public hearing before the EDA regarding <br />the proposal for redevelopment of the golf course is scheduled for March 28th. He asked whether <br />they would be willing to set a special meeting on April 4th to address the Medtronic golf course <br />redevelopment proposal. <br />Director Ericson suggested that it be a joint meeting of the agreement with Medtronic, EDA, and <br />City Council. <br />• <br />
