Monday, May 9, 2005 City Council Agenda. <br />• MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, May 9, 2005 agenda as <br />presented. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />William Werner, 2765 Sherwood Road, referenced the memo regarding the street project survey <br />results stating that he has a written comment to submit from his son asking for clarification on <br />the results of the surveys. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that the survey results are on the agenda as Item 1l.bl, Street <br />Project Survey Results. <br />Barbara Haake, 3024 County Road I, stated that the Community really does appreciate that the <br />EDA Commission and City Council listen to the Residents and take their input. She expressed <br />concerns stating that she has never heard of a situation like this where the City doesn't have all <br />the answers at this point in the process. She noted that this is the fastest track to push something <br />through Mounds View that she has ever seen adding that it is her belief that Medtronic is a done <br />deal. She referenced the EDA Commission meeting stating that the Medtronic representatives <br />indicated in their presentation to the EDA Commission that they are fully funded for the traffic <br />• reconstruction. She stated that residents are aware of the negotiations going on with respect to <br />
