Removed for Separate Vote. <br />MOTION/SECOND Thomas/Flaherty To approve Consent Agenda Items A, B and E. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 Motion carried <br />10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES. <br />A. City Council Minutes, June 13, 2005 <br /> <br />Mayor Marty had the following corrections to the minutes: <br />• Page 7, Line 8, should read `proper ventilation `of the air conditioning' <br />• Page 1 1, Line 37, place a comma after `his' <br />• Page 12, Line 7, should state `Headquarters `for' R&D. <br />• Page 12, Line 9, `CDRM' should be `CRM' <br />• Page 12, Line 11, reads `Council Member Thomas stated that according to the TIF files the <br />filed' it should read: `Council Member Thomas stated that the TIF files were filed with the <br />Legislature and that phase one would be 1200 moved jobs and the remaining would be new <br />jobs. <br />• Page 12, line 23, insert "Mayor Marry stated that if taxes went up $400.00, then with <br />Medtronic the taxes would only go up $398.00.' <br />• Page 13, Line 3, should read `Louisa' <br />• Page 13, Line 16 and Line 25, should change "Hart' to `Hartstad' <br />Council Member Gunn had the following correction to the minutes: <br />• Page 13, Line 21, states `Council Member Gunn clarified that if they do get the approval <br />to go off Long Lake Road then Greenwood be closed' <br />Should read `Council Member Gunn clarified that if they do get the approval to go off <br />Long Lake Road then Greenwood `would' be closed.' <br />MOTION/SECOND. Thomas/Many To approve the City Council Minutes, June 13, 2005 as <br />amended. <br />Ayes-5 Nays-0 <br />Motion carried. <br />B. June 27, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes will be presented at the July 25, <br />2005 City Council Meeting. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />• <br />
