MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, Flaherty, and Thomas <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, September 12, 2005 City Council Agenda <br />Community Development Director Ericson noted Consent Agenda Item 9D should also include <br />consideration of the rezoning. <br />Mayor Marty removed Item l OB, .Approval of August 22, 2005 City Council Meeting minutes. <br />He explained he wants to check the tape for clarification of several items. <br />Mayor Marty moved Agenda Item 7, Just and Correct Claims, to be considered after Item 8, <br />Council Business. <br />Director Ericson suggested Agenda Item 8H be considered after Agenda Item 8C since both <br />pertain to the Fire Department and Fire Chief Zikmund is in attendance. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Thomas. To Approve the Monday, September 12,.2005 agenda as <br />revised. <br />Ayes -5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />David Jahnke, 8428 Eastwood Road, thanked the Council for serving through good and hard <br />times and for their diligence through long meetings. He stated he appreciates their hard work. <br />• <br />
