City Administrator Ulrich stated Staff is in the process of
doing an inventory of the items at the golf course and will determine what items should have a
reserve.
MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Thomas. To waive the reading and adopt Resolution 6622
Accepting Proposal for Auction Services.
Councilmember Stigney asked whether the reserved items are excluded from the auction and if
items can be presold. City Administrator Ulrich stated there are
different golf cart models, some with tops, some without, and some with damage.
Councilmember Stigney stated someone asked him when they can inspect the items for presale
prior to the auction. City Administrator Ulrich stated he will talk with the auctioneer about that
and bring back the answers to the next Council meeting.
Mayor Marty noted the City has video equipment and other unused items that, perhaps, could
also be auctioned. City Administrator .Ulrich stated that is an excellent suggestion and Staff will
make a list of those items for the Council's review.
Mayor Marty expressed concern with the sale of old computers because of information contained
on the hard drive.
i Councilmember Thomas noted that if other items are included in the auction, it needs to be
