APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. March 13, 2006 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/STIGNEY. To Approve the March 13, 2006 City Council meeting <br />minutes as corrected and with corrections that Staff received. <br />Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Mayor Marty stated the former golf course clubhouse has been moved to Random Park. He <br />stated that it looks like it fits in pretty well, and the building did not break and fall apart like <br />some people thought it might. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />1. Director of Public Works Lee <br />a. Update Report regarding March 9t' neighborhood meeting <br />(County Highway 10) <br />Director of Public Works Lee noted that 17 people attended the meeting. He indicated the next <br />step is to study the draft capital improvement program, which will be done at the next <br />worksession meeting. <br />b. County Road 10 Monument Project — Letter Proposal <br />Director of Public Works Lee indicated the letter proposal has not been received, and hoped to <br />review it at the next worksession meeting. <br />c. Oakwood Park Proposed Improvements — Letter Proposal <br />Director of Public Works Lee stated this item was reviewed by the Park and Recreation <br />Commission, and they made the motion to not go forward at this time, as they wanted additional <br />information of what the total project costs will be. <br />Mayor Marty noted that $14,000 for a feasibility study of a field without a structure, even though <br />there are underground culverts and drainage issues, seems kind of expensive. <br />Director of Public Works Lee stated Staff will look into the item further and report back at the <br />next City Council meeting. <br />
