JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 1, police general fund, for garage door repair. Finance Director <br />Beer stated he will check and report back. Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 1, recreation, cable, <br />and economic development. Finance Director Beer explained it was for unemployment for the <br />cable operator and that the City had appealed this payment, it but was denied by the State. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller referenced Page 4, final payment of $214,160. Finance Director Beer <br />stated it is the first payment on the north side for work done so far. Public Works Director <br />DeBar stated the City will request reimbursement from the grant once payment is made. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty referenced Page 4, Dave Perkins Contracting, for water repair. Public Works <br />Director DeBar stated it was a water service repair. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. September 28, 2009 City Council Meeting Minutes. <br /> <br />Council Member Mueller requested a correction to the spelling of her last name. <br /> <br />Mayor Flaherty requested clarification of Page 6, Line 21. After discussion, the Council asked <br />staff to review the tape and make the appropriate correction. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Mueller. To approve the September 28, 2009 City Council meeting <br />minutes as corrected. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONSIDER EXTENSION OF MEETING <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
