MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Gunn, and Thomas <br />NOT PRESENT: Flaherty <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, January 23, 2006 City Council Agenda <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Thomas. To Approve the Monday, January 23, 2006 agenda as <br />presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Khaldon Bteibet approached the Council regarding the issues with the gas station located on <br />2390 Highway 10. He stated that he had building violations and there is a court date set for <br />February 16, 2006. He stated that he wished to have the violations removed from his record and <br />walk away from Mounds View with a clean record. He reported that the signs have been taken <br />down on all the sides of the building, and there is no grass over eight inches long remaining. He <br />stated that the issues with the canopy and the car wash were bigger than him and that he was not <br />cited for those items. He explained that the City cited him for the signs on the building and the <br />grass. Mr. Bteibet stated that he took care of those issues, and requested the Council to remove <br />the citations from his record. <br />Mayor Marty questioned when the signs were taken down. Community Development Director <br />Ericson responded the signs were taken down last week. <br />• <br />
