Police <br />Chief Sommer also stated that he attached a financial report from first quarter. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney commented that he noticed zero noise complaints from January -March, <br />but there were noise complaints from citizens about Robert's Sports Bar who spoke earlier. <br />Chief Sommer stated he will note the complaints on the next report. <br />Acting Mayor Stigney said at the last work session, they discussed window treatments, and noted <br />that Associate Heller saved $142 by re-bidding. Acting Mayor Stigney commended Associate <br />Heller for her work. <br />12.
