MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGLANCE <br />3. ROLL CALL: Mayor Marty, Stigney, Gunn, and Flaherty <br />NOT PRESENT: Councilmember Thomas <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />A. Monday, September 25, 2006 City Council Agenda <br />• MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/FLAHERTY. To Approve the Monday, September 25, 2006 <br />agenda as presented. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT <br />Warren Johnson, 7710 Greenwood Drive, stated that when the street project first began he asked <br />that someone look into dead-ending Greenwood Drive because 80% of the traffic has nothing to <br />do with the neighborhood. He stated the street dead-ends into the shopping center and the street <br />rehab project would be an excellent time to consider dead-ending the street. He stated he has <br />received no response from the City since he initially requested the inquiry. He asked the <br />Council's opinion about the road improvements he suggested. <br />Mayor Marty stated he had not heard about the proposition recently. Mr. Johnson asked how <br />many meetings he must attend before he is given an answer about the status of his suggestion. <br />He added he would like some kind of answer. <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated the proposed solution was for a comprehensive traffic study for <br />the entire northwest portion of the City. He stated due to expenses, the study was not approved <br />and current City Staff is doing a much more limited study. He noted the study does not go into <br />much depth regarding street closings similar to what Mr. Johnson is requesting. City <br />
