Reports of City Administrator <br />3 <br />4 City Administrator Ulrich pointed out to the Council a sample of minutes that were done via web <br />5 streaming and suggested the Council review the minutes to determine if they would be willing to <br />6 allow the minutes to be created via a video or web streaming rather than live. <br />7 <br />8 Mayor Many stated his only concern is if there was a problem with the master copy of the video. <br />9 He said if a tape recorder could be used it would be worth considering. <br />to <br />11 Councilmember Stigney asked if it would be considered for the Planning Commission as well. <br />12 City Administrator Ulrich pointed out there was not a web streaming option for the Planning <br />13 Commission. <br />14 <br />15 Mayor Many said meeting minutes via web streaming would be tested for a single meeting on <br />16 the October 23, 2006. <br />17 <br />18 The Council reached consensus to try the video minutes for the October 23, 2006. <br />19 <br />20 12.
