Mounds View City Council November 27, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 15 <br /> <br />Rogers at the top of the list and it was the data available to him at the time of the writing of the <br />article. <br />Director Ericson noted that the figure for TIF usage will go down again in 2007 and welcomed <br />residents to contact Staff to discuss the matter further. <br />Mayor Marty asked for information for 2008 and 2009. <br />Director Ericson said it will be higher due to Medtronic coming online. He then said that, worst <br />case scenario, it looks like the City could hit 24% in 2008 and 29% in 2009 assuming that <br />nothing else is done with the existing three TIF districts. <br />Director Ericson indicated that the rates will drop down in 2013 and 2014 down to approximately <br />17%. <br />C.
