Mounds View City Council November 27, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 7 <br /> <br />Council Member Stigney commented that this resolution approves $15,543 of combined costs. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />F. Resolution 6973 Step Increase for Jeremy Hellpap, Mounds View Police <br />Officer and Steve Vacek, Mounds View Public Works Mechanic <br />City Administrator Ulrich read Resolution 6973, a Step Increase for Jeremy Hellpap, Mounds <br />View Police Officer and Steve Vacek, Mounds View Public Works Mechanic. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Flaherty. To Approve Resolution 6973 Step Increase for Jeremy <br />Hellpap, Mounds View Police Officer and Steve Vacek, Mounds View Public Works Mechanic. <br />Mayor Marty commented that the dates of employment were November 22 and November 24 and <br />he would like to have these come to Council at the meeting prior to their employment <br />anniversary date. <br />Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Stigney requested that Item C be removed for discussion. <br />Mayor Marty removed Item B for discussion. <br />Council Member Flaherty requested that Item D be removed for discussion. <br />B. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, December 11, 2006 at 7:10 p.m. to <br />Consider a Preliminary Plat for the "Knollwood Place" Townhome <br />Development <br />Mayor Marty indicated that he has talked to Director Ericson about the fact that there are <br />townhomes going up everywhere in the area but there are no assisted living buildings or units in <br />• this area and that was proposed as a possible alternative. He then said that the housing market <br />has gotten soft right now especially in condos and townhomes. <br />
