Resolution 6981, Amending Marketing Budget for the Mounds View <br />Community Center <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested approval of the price range of up to $600 for advertising on <br />a website that is easy to use and that would direct interested parties to the Community Center. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Many/Stigney. To Postpone to the January Meeting to Allow Time for <br />Staff to Look into Costs for the Perfect Wedding Guide Website. <br />Mayor Marty indicated that he discussed this with Mr. Hall at the Mermaid who had him talk to <br />the Marketing Director and the Mermaid uses four websites. The Marketing Director <br />recommended the Perfect Wedding Guide as it is a good site that covers Minnesota. <br />Council Member Thomas said that she thought this money was going to come out of the budget <br />not be an addition to the budget. <br />Council Member Flaherty said that he understood that this was going to be an addition to it. <br />Ayes - 5 <br />Nays - 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />8. Set a Public Hearing for Monday, January 8, 2007 at 7:10 p.m. for a Second <br />Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 782, an Ordinance Amending Section <br />7.10 of the Mounds View City Code Pertaining to City Indebtedness <br />Council Member Thomas requested that Item G be removed for discussion because it is not <br />worded properly as the City is changing the City Charter not the City Code. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Thomas/Gunn.
