Apri114, 2008, City Council Minutes <br />Mayor Marty, Page 6, Line 26, change were to "had been". Line 29, Mr. XX is Lillystrand. Page <br />7, Line 21, development of the other project was approved back in 1974. Page 8, Line 2, insert <br />would not be any additional perceived value. Page 8, Line 43, Resolution No. 490 in 1970. Line <br />44, Resolution No. 7259. Page 10, Line 33 insert the word there instead of the. To Approve the April 28, 2008, City Council Minutes as <br />Amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Mayor Marty noted that the Citizen of the Year, Don Hodges, submitted a card to the City. He <br />then read it for Council and those in attendance. <br />Mayor Marty said that he has been contacted regarding light pollution and energy consumption <br />by Medtronic. He then said that he contacted Mr. Ericson regarding this matter and he said that <br />• the lights are turned down but there were still complaints about the light pollution. Mayor Marty <br />said that he called Staff back because the lights that were left are for fire code requirements. <br />
