On <br />Page 3, Line 14, take out "but". <br />Council Member Mueller on Line 44, on Page 4, insert "suspension". <br />Mayor Marty, Page 6, Line 7, remove "there". <br />Council Member Stigney, Line 23 on Page 8 delete "and". <br />Mayor Marty on Line 35, Page 9 remove "in order". <br />Mayor Marty on Page 11, Line 14 insert "because it had to be sprinkled as per new Fire Codes". <br />Mayor Marty on Page 12, Line 25, remove "so". Line 24 correct spelling of "Xcel". <br />Council Member Mueller on page 13, Line 14, delete "of 575 Groveland Road". <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Marty. To Approve the January 28, 2008 City Council Meeting <br />Minutes as Amended. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Council Member Mueller noted that Irondale High School held their Annual "Winter Music of <br />the Knight" competition hosting 12 drum line units and 16 color guard groups. Irondale <br />performed in exhibition as they were the hosts of the event. It was an outstanding performance. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />Interim Administrator Ericson noted that as of April 1, 2008 there will be an increase in the gas <br />tax due to an override of the Governor's veto. He then said that the Legislature is considering <br />administrative fines. <br />Interim Administrator Ericson further noted that Mn/DOT has said that the noise wall must be <br />connected to the existing noise wall, and they have budgeted $300,000 toward that project. <br />There is a plan that shows that they would need three feet of right of way and 15 feet of <br />maintenance easement that Council would need to consider. <br />• <br />
