To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7253, a <br />Resolution Approving a Vending Contract with Royal Vending for City Hall and the Community <br />Center <br />Ayes - S Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />E. Resolution 7260 Authorizing Purchase of Temporary Gateway Signage for <br />County Road 10 <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that the Resolution does not state which one is being used. <br />The Resolution was amended to list A and B. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Marty/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7260, <br />Authorizing Purchase of Temporary Gateway Signage for County Road 10. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />• Clerk-Administrator Ericson indicated he did not have a chance to return calls on just and correct <br />claims this afternoon. <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 7, door replacement, this is for Well No. 1. <br />Mayor Marty asked about the worker's compensation claims. Staff provided information for <br />clarity that the one claim should end but the other name would be seen again as there has been <br />another injury. <br />Mayor Marty asked if Clerk-Administrator Ericson is going to start attending the Rotary <br />meetings. Clerk-Administrator Ericson indicated that he would be attending meetings, time <br />permitting. <br />Mayor Marty, on Page 16, asked what the recycling arrows were. Finance Director Beer noted <br />that they are fliers with an arrow on them that were purchased with Ramsey County Recycling <br />funds. <br />Mayor Marry, on Page 17 asked about the Office Depot charge, commenting that he was <br />wondering what the cost of the plaques was there because the Lions Club has information on <br />plaques that are very reasonably priced. <br />Clerk-Administrator Ericson agreed to contact the Lions for the information. <br />• <br />
