To Waive the Reading and Approve Setting a Public <br />Hearing for Monday, August 25, 2008 at 7:OSpm, First Reading of an Ordinance to Rezone the <br />Properties at 2865 County Highway 10 and 7980 & 8020 Groveland Road from R-O, <br />Residential-Office and R-1, Single Family Residential to R-4, High Density Residential and to <br />Consider Resolution 7321, a Conditional Use Permit, Development Review, and Preliminary Plat <br />for a Senior Housing Development on Properties located at 2865 County Highway 10 and 7980 <br />& 8020 Groveland Road. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br />Mayor Marty, on Page 5, eviction removal service, he asked if this was for an abatement. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated it was. <br />Council Member Stigney asked why the Biff's cost more at Lakeside Park than the other parks. <br />Finance Director Beer indicated he would need to investigate the answer to that question, but his <br />guess would be that they require more service. <br />Mayor Marty asked for information on the repairs, buildings and grounds costs. Finance Director <br />Beer explained that was a cost for the cleaning service for the community center and city hall. <br />Mayor Marty asked what was the fee for the license plate replacement. Finance Director Beer <br />indicated that they are replacing the actual plates. <br />Council Member Flaherty asked about the Waterworks charge. Finance Director Beer indicated <br />that is a radio read. <br />Council Member Mueller asked about the automotive charge, and she would like to know which <br />amount comes out of the forfeiture fund. Finance Director Beer indicated the $12,500 came out <br />of forfeiture. <br />Mayor Marty said he had a couple of questions on the Kennedy & Graven bill, and whether those <br />would be invoiced to the development. Clerk Administrator Ericson indicated that he would <br />make a note to the accountant to have those costs billed out. <br />
