Mounds View City Council November 10, 2008 <br />Regular Meeting Page 10 <br />• <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />C. November 3, 2008, Executive Session Minutes. <br />Mayor Marty asked that the first contract offer be removed from the sentence. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve the November 3, 2008, Executive Session <br />Minutes as Amended. <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that there was a closed hearing and Council went into the <br />closed session to discuss labor negotiations. <br />Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Motion carried. <br />11. REPORTS <br />A. Reports of Mayor and Council <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that there are two residents that have had serious injuries, and <br />there is a spaghetti fundraiser at Abiding Savior for Pastor Geddi There is also a student that was <br />injured in an accident, and there is a Caring Bridge website to view on progress. Any donations <br />to her medical expenses would be greatly appreciated and accepted at Irondale High School. <br />B. Reports of Staff <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that 283 surveys have been received as part of the branding <br />process that is underway. <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that there was not a lot of participation in the fall clean up day <br />and staff is looking at whether it is cost effective to have both spring and fall clean up days. <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that there are openings on the City's Commissions and <br />Committees and applications are being accepted until December 1, 2008. <br />Council Member Mueller asked whether there is an update on the Xcel Energy situation. <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson noted that there is no update as of yet. <br />Joe Rhein indicated that Ramsey County is okay with the traffic signal request of the City, but <br />requires a study and the cost estimate for the study is approximately $3,000. <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that he did not have enough information. <br />
