Resolution 7377, Approving Agreement with Greater Metropolitan Housing <br />Corporation (GMHC) for Housing Resource Center (HRC) Services in 2009 <br />D. Resolution 7379, Accepting the Hidden Hollow South Utility and Street <br />Improvement Project and Authorizing Final Payment. <br />E. Resolution 7377, Approving Agreement with Greater Metropolitan Housing <br />Corporation (GMHC) for Housing Resource Center (HRC) Services in 2009 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for an explanation of the value of this service to the residents. <br />Clerk Administrator Ericson provided an explanation of the types of programs and services that <br />are available to the residents with these services. Staff feels it is a benefit to the community and <br />is the only opportunity to provide these services all together for the residents. Staff can provide <br />further information to Council. <br />Council discussed the services provided to residents by this service. <br />
