Please refer to the executed <br /> Agreement as necessary for reference. <br /> As part of the Agreement public improvements were performed to the streets, Lake Court Drive <br /> and Lake Court Circle, to improve them to City standards. For efficiency the improvements were <br /> combined with the 2009-2010 Street and Utility Improvement Project undertaken by the City. <br /> The work on Lake Court Drive and Lake Court Circle is now substantially complete. As a result, a <br /> final estimate and summary of the costs to transfer the streets is able to be performed . We have <br /> performed an analysis of the costs associated with the development of the Agreement and the <br /> public improvements. <br /> Information for the analysis was obtained from the construction contract and our files, as well as <br /> from City Staff. Costs associated with those items that solely concerned the streets within Silver <br /> Lake Woods, such as for the easements obtained for the infiltration features, were assigned to <br /> Silver Lake Woods in their entirety. For items that concerned the overall public improvement <br /> project, costs were assigned to Silver Lake Woods on a rate proportionate to their part of the <br /> overall improvements. Examples of such items would be obtaining project permits and preparing <br /> project specifications . <br /> A summary of the costs to be assigned to the Silver Lake Woods Condominium Association is <br /> shown in the following table . The total cost has been broken down into its main components for <br /> information purposes .
